Mini-rex Penney was purchased from a pet store (that is no longer in business). She's 5.6 pounds and Dr. Denise Follett encourages her to be in the 4-5 lb. range.
Penney transitioned to Soulmate Rabbit Rescue on May 1st. Her fosterer provides a large exercise pen for her personal bedroom space.
Penney is litter-boxed trained. Easy to hold. She can be picked up and cuddled to your chest, or in a horizontal firm hold. ~ Penney likes the horizontal arm holds, not to be held looking out. Penney says, keep me cuddled to your body.
A very sweet and gentle gal, 4 1/2 years young. She lived with a bunny friend a few years back.

She has distinctive markings and her dewlap is deflating. Penney listens intently when her fosterer talks. She comes over to greet her. She has blossomed, does periscopes, peeks through her willow tent, and now does bunny laps in her carpeted play area.
Per Penney's current fosterer, she stretches her legs out in back of her and rests on her dewlap. She learned how to binky!
