~ Soulmate Rabbit Rescue ~

Tim

Tim was observed running loose for a few months. He hid under trailers, boats, cars; not a good environment for a domestic rabbit. When good samaritans captured him in a Hav-a-hart trap, his paws were dirty from foraging in the ground.

Timmy transitioned to a foster family who opened their hearts to look after him.

He weighed 2.9 lbs. at his vet exam with Dr. Follett in December 2011.

Tim was safely neutered at Brook-Falls Veterinary Hospital in April 2012.

This little guy enjoys being a pouch bunny, like a Joey. Foster mom can carry him about in her sweatshirt. He's inquisitive, he jumps about on boxes, takes flying leaps to a comforting lap for cuddles, bounces off the sofa cushions as he practices monkey agility, gives kisses, and he's receptive to being held.

He also sits on strong, sturdy shoulders. He had a safe place to establish trust with humans and give kisses, lots of kisses. Rabbits are sentient beings and feel at ease with comfort caregivers.

Rabbits can be easily stressed. They decipher the tone of your voice.

Adopted - May 2012. A home with a big space to play, eat his fave greens, and entertain his "parents" and reciprocate lots of love.
