Bottom line: We couldn't save lives without you.
You. As adopters. Seeing a rescued rabbit online. You took time to search Petfinder and saw some bun who made you smile. You emailed.
The comraderie of support from You. As fosterers. We couldn't do this without you. Your time and affection have allowed another life to be saved.
The Bun-run drivers hopped in their vehicle and transported a lucky rabbit (in peril) to safety. SRR couldn't help without your lead foot either.
The fact is there are more rabbits being born than homes are available. Not every rabbit will find a loving human. Be well-cared for, or receive vet care for a minor to (sometimes) larger medical concern.
In order to focus on our crew and the extended fosters, there will be fewer newsletters in the coming years. Recently we got Marlayna and Lucy spayed and wellness checked. The calls to help rabbits in danger, or innocent faces, arrive routinely.
